KBP Drive-In, part of KBP Brands, is hiring a Shift Manager for Sonic Drive-In in Xenia, Ohio. You will lead the team during your shift, monitor service flow, and ensure guests receive fast, friendly service in a busy restaurant.

This hands-on role offers training, meal discounts, benefits, PTO, and a clear path to Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager as you grow with KBP Brands.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

What You Bring

• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment
