Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Johnson City, TN is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting. You will supervise team members, ensure smooth shifts, and uphold service standards while resolving issues on the fly.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18+.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and operate restaurant equipment.
