Job summary

SONIC Drive-In with KBP Drive-In is hiring a Shift Manager in Wytheville, VA. You will lead and support the team, help keep each shift running smoothly, and ensure guests receive great service in a fast-paced setting.

This hands-on leadership role offers paid training and a clear career path to Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager roles within the KBP Brands family.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, standing and lifting as needed.

Responsibilities

What you bring:

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service (quick service preferred) or retail
• Must be 18+
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends & holidays
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment
