General Dynamics Electric Boat Corp. in Connecticut seeks engineers to support the development, qualification, integration, testing and fleet support of SONAR arrays for submarine classes.

The successful candidate will perform systems engineering from initial concept through hardware/software integration, qualification, testing, and post-delivery support, while interfacing with NAVSEA, shipyards and government vendors to resolve fleet issues and pursue cost-saving opportunities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree by May 2027
• 0-5 years post-graduate engineering experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

Mansioni

• Perform systems engineering from concept to post-delivery support for SONAR arrays and sensors.
• Coordinate hardware/software integration, testing and qualification.
• Assess obsolescence and identify components for technical refresh.
• Interface with NAVSEA, Naval Shipyards, NAVY Labs, Government vendors and EB stakeholders
