MGM Resorts International seeks a qualified Sommelier for Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse in Las Vegas. You will guide guests through our curated wine list, recommend pairings with premium beef and Texas-inspired flavors, and deliver personalized service that creates WOW moments.

Ideal candidates are 21+ with a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of relevant experience. This role offers an hourly starting rate and tips, plus wellness and dining benefits.

Qualificações

• 21+ years of age.
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain complete knowledge of wine list and wine-food pairings.
• Collect money and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain cellar/storage inventory and update pars.
• Meet with wine trade to source quality wines for the program.
• Educate staff on wine knowledge, pour levels, and storage.
