The Dinex Group, Chef Daniel Boulud’s internationally acclaimed restaurant group, has opened a new multiple-venue fine, fine-casual, and upscale bar/lounge on the 55th floor of One Vanderbilt near Grand Central Terminal.

The newest property is an exclusive, elegant space that provides guests with the highest level of service and hospitality. We are committed to creating a unique experience for each guest and are looking for trained and enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join our team.

We are seeking an experienced Sommelier who has a passion for hospitality to join us! The ideal candidate exhibits a willingness to grow and learn, is knowledgeable about wine & spirits alongside French cuisine, and prioritizes guest service.

The Sommelier is responsible for maintaining an international wine and beer list aligned with management goals and ensuring proper service of wine and beer. This includes training wait staff, managing the beverage storeroom, verifying invoices, budgeting, and weekly inventory management.

The candidate should have the ability to naturally guide guests towards food & wine pairings to enhance their dining experience. This position requires at least 2+ years of fine dining experience in a similar restaurant.
