Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Minimum 1+ year solventless processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily solventless extraction operations including bubble hash, rosin, freeze-drying and post-processing.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain extraction and processing equipment.
• Monitor yields, efficiency, material use, and product quality.
• Establish standard production procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste, increase throughput and optimize labor.
• Coordinate maintenance, cleaning schedules, and preventative maintenance.
