Job summary

LPF RE Manager LLC seeks an Extraction Technician in Greenfield, CA to assist with the safe handling of biomass and the preparation, refinement, and maintenance of extraction materials and equipment. You will operate post-processing and distillate systems in accordance with GMP standards and company SOPs, recording data for traceability and audits.

You will support production activities, coordinate with the Extraction Supervisor, and help maintain safe, compliant, and high-quality manufacturing

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in food production, manufacturing, or a related role.
• Ability to follow written instructions, recipes, and SOPs.
• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks as required.
• Must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations related to cannabis manufacturing.
• Must be at least 21 years old and pass company-required background and compliance checks.

Responsibilities

• Performs all pre- and post-production cannabis processing activities in full compliance with state/local regulations, GMP standards, and company SOPs.
• Safely operates post-processing and cannabis preparation equipment, monitoring performance, adjusting parameters, and escalating issues when needed.
• Maintains accurate and complete production, equipment, and batch documentation to support traceability and regulatory audits.
• Consistently follows SOPs and reinforces best practices by modeling safe, compliant, and efficient work behaviors.
• Supports production workflow by coordinating tasks, assisting teammates, and helping resolve bottlenecks to meet daily output targets.
• Contributes to performance improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies, suggesting solutions, and supporting implementation.
