Job summary
Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking a Manager I, Solutions Portfolio to lead decisioning, commercialization readiness, growth, and execution across a portfolio of B2B software products and services.
You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, Enablement, and Support to ensure offerings are ready to transact, sell, service, and support. The role manages a portfolio of Document Management and Intelligent Document Processing offerings, with a focus on maximizing revenue and margin through
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years with P&L or revenue-bearing portfolio ownership.
- Track record of growing a portfolio with measurable impact.
- Experience prioritizing across multi-product portfolios under resource constraints.
- Experience with Document Management or Document Intelligence is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive sub-portfolio planning, governance, and lifecycle decisions.
- Oversee sub-portfolio performance analysis and financial outcomes.
- Manage risks and ensure on-time launch dates and performance.
- Conduct MBRs and QBRs for transparency and alignment.
- Gather customer feedback to inform portfolio decisions.
- Own business cases and prioritization for sub-portfolios.
