Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Total Leave Support Specialist in Maine to promote digital capabilities and act as the primary contact for STD, Leave, PFL, and ADA questions. You will demonstrate product functionality to clients and drive adoption of self-serve solutions.

The role focuses on handling complex leave scenarios, escalating issues when needed, and mentoring peers while educating clients on workflows and regulations related to Total Leave.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience recommended.
• Strong technical claims/leave experience.
• Proven customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of STD and FMLA; ability to quickly upskill on ADA and PFL as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote Total Leave digital capabilities and be primary point of contact for STD, Leave, PFL, and ADA complex questions.
• Demonstrate digital functionality with clients and influence adoption of self-serve capabilities.
• Independently handle complex status and questions on individual claims and leaves with action plan development and timely execution.
• Ensure escalation of issues and partnership with appropriate internal stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with operations leaders to raise awareness and help solve problems.
• Provide subject matter expertise educating clients on Total Leave products and leave workflows/regulations.
• Support and mentor peers and new team members.

Requirements
