Job summary

Accelevation is seeking a Solutions Operations Coordinator in Miamisburg, OH. You will be the central coordinator for customer solution activities across the project lifecycle, driving efficient changes, accurate documentation, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and Operations.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Operations or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, engineering administration, customer support, construction administration, or similar roles.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and process-orientated mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational activities for customer solutions and project execution.
• Serve as a central point of contact for solution-related requests, project modifications, and cross-functional coordination.
• Facilitate communication between Sales, Solutions Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance.
• Track project actions, deliverables, approvals, milestones, and customer commitments.
• Support effective handoffs between commercial, engineering, and execution teams.
• Coordinate intake, review, tracking, and implementation of customer-requested changes.
• Maintain visibility into change orders, scope modifications, engineering revisions, and commercial adjustments.
• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate schedule, cost, material, and resource impacts of changes.
• Ensure proper approvals and supporting documentation.
• Support proposal development, quotations, and pricing updates.
• Maintain project records, solution documentation, customer communications, approvals, and materials.
• Ensure documentation is organized, current, and accessible.
• Support contract administration activities and SOPs development.
• Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs, workflows, and process docs.
• Monitor compliance with internal approval and review processes.
• Develop and maintain tracking tools, dashboards, and reports.
• Monitor project activity, workflow status, changes, and solution pipeline metrics.
• Provide leadership with visibility into workload and risks.
