Job summary

Accelevation LLC is seeking a Solutions Operations Coordinator in Miamisburg, OH. This on-site role supports cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to drive project execution and customer satisfaction.

As a central hub for changes, documentation, and data management, you will help ensure accurate records, timely approvals, and scalable processes for mission-critical infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, engineering administration, or similar roles.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational activities associated with customer solutions and project execution.
• Serve as a central point of contact for solution-related requests, project modifications, and cross-functional coordination.
• Facilitate communication between Sales, Solutions Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance.
• Track project actions, deliverables, approvals, milestones, and customer commitments.
• Support effective handoffs between commercial, engineering, and execution teams.
• Coordinate the intake, review, tracking, and implementation of customer-requested changes.
