Job summary

Accelevation is seeking a Program Manager to lead large-scale data center programs from award to delivery. You will align cross-functional teams across manufacturing, field operations, procurement, service, and customer groups to ensure fast, accurate execution while protecting profitability and trust.

The role requires strong program management experience in relevant industries, a bachelor’s degree, and solid financial acumen.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial, or related environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables.
• Experience supporting data center infrastructure, modular manufacturing, or scalable product delivery is strongly preferred.
• PMP, CPM, or equivalent project/program management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle execution of awarded programs from PO receipt through final delivery.
• Drive cross-functional planning sessions to align scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs.
• Partner across manufacturing, field operations, procurement, service, and customer teams to ensure projects stay on track.
• Monitor schedules, identify root causes of delays, and lead proactive problem-solving efforts to minimize disruption.
• Manage program budgets, change orders, and profitability targets with strong operational discipline.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes and improve execution speed across the business.
• Capture lessons learned and operational wins during project closeout to support future scalability and repeatability.

As a Program Manager, you will lead large-scale data center programs from award through delivery, ensuring customer commitments are executed with speed, precision, and accountability. This role is critical to aligning cross-functional teams, driving operational execution, and protecting both profitability and customer trust as we scale.

• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Experience supporting data center infrastructure, modular manufacturing, or scalable product delivery is strongly preferred
• PMP, CPM, or equivalent project/program management certification is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to lead with Speed, Judgment, and Accountability
