Job summary

LumApps, an AI-powered Employee Hub, seeks a strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager – Industries to lead our vertical GTM across Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Manufacturing and more. You’ll define positioning and core content for target enterprise verticals, collaborating with Product Management, Marketing and Sales.

You’ll craft industry narratives, launch vertical solutions, and build sales enablement tools to accelerate pipeline velocity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of total experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
• Deep knowledge of Employee Experience and digital workplace trends.
• Ability to translate complex features into industry narratives.
• Proven enablement programs that drive pipeline and win rate.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end industry GTM strategy and messaging.
• Develop buyer personas and insights for C-Level stakeholders.
• Create industry-specific sales enablement tools and content.
• Partner with Product Mgmt to translate capabilities into offerings.
• Produce thought leadership assets and customer case studies.
• Collaborate with Marketing on demand programs.
• Monitor market trends to inform roadmaps and strategies.
