Job summary

Kubrick Group is seeking an Associate Director Solutions Lead in New York to shape repeatable data and AI solutions. You’ll own the lifecycle of sector-specific IP, engage with C-suite clients, and drive adoption across sales and delivery teams.

The role requires collaboration with partners and cross-sector thinking to ensure scalable, successful outcomes. Hybrid work with NY presence 2–3 days weekly is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping repeatable data and AI solutions.
• Ability to engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record in delivering data/AI projects at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own creation and lifecycle of sector-specific repeatable solutions and IP.
• Provide Delivery Oversight and Enablement for solutions with clients.
• Translate client challenges into reusable blueprints for sales and delivery.
• Integrate partner technologies into solutions as appropriate.
• Shape the Solutions Roadmap across sectors.
• Lead discovery conversations and map pains to sector IP.
