Job summary

Indicium AI is seeking a Consulting Director in New York to own solution delivery for a portfolio of data and AI projects. You will bridge commercial aims and technical execution, shaping opportunities into concrete project plans while supervising delivery managers to ensure value and recurring revenue.

You will lead multi-workstream data engineering and AI initiatives, ensuring SDLC rigor and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in technical program management, professional services, or IT consulting delivery leadership.
• Strong knowledge of data pipelines and modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) with emerging AI landscapes.
• Proven track record managing large-scale SDLC programs.
• Financial services experience preferred or equivalent enterprise exposure.

Responsibilities

• Translate opportunities into executable project plans, proposals, and roadmaps with clients and delivery teams.
• Oversee delivery across multiple data and AI workstreams, ensuring quality and schedule.
• Own delivery health and revenue-related outcomes, including milestone-based revenue realization.
