Kubrick Group is seeking an Associate Director Solutions Lead in New York to shape repeatable data and AI solutions. You’ll own the lifecycle of sector-specific IP, engage with C-suite clients, and drive adoption across sales and delivery teams.
The role requires collaboration with partners and cross-sector thinking to ensure scalable, successful outcomes. Hybrid work with NY presence 2–3 days weekly is expected.

Your role is to own and support the creation and scaling of repeatable solutions and/or IP - frameworks, accelerators and architectures - that Sales can use to win deals, Delivery can use to execute consistently, and Partners can integrate to strengthen solutions. Success means Kubrick has proven, scalable repeatable solutions and/or IP that supports us:
As an Associate Director, this will include both support and development of existing or potential solutions including application to different sectors, collaborating with other Solution Leads; or ownership of your own solutions. As such, solutions may be relevant to one or multiple sectors, in alignment to Kubrick’s strategy and pipeline.
