United Site Services is seeking a Solutions Group Supervisor to lead the Solutions Group Specialists in delivering a world-class customer experience. The role drives sales, service, and billing workflows, ensuring speed, clarity, and quality in every customer contact.

Ideal candidates will have at least 6 years in customer service and a strong background in leadership, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. This is a full-time, on-site position within the USS organization.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• 6 years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Call Management System to identify issues and ensure coverage.
• Generate monthly metrics and scorecard reporting.
• Hire, train, and supervise Solutions Group Specialists.
• Plan, prepare, and track daily team schedules for optimal coverage.
• Provide coaching and development via regular feedback to team members.
• Build cross-functional relationships to ensure excellent customer experience.
