Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent with 7+ years in tech support, or a Bachelor's with 3+ years in tech support.
• Experience in the transportation industry is a plus.

• Serve as the primary contact and manage all help desk activities.
• Continuously grow technical understanding and skills.
• Manage time and priorities with high accuracy.

• Provide backup support for other Account Managers and support resources.
• Participate in customer billing reviews and resolve billing issues as needed.
• Train fellow team members.
• Escalate unresolved items for prioritization.
• Maintain knowledge of software releases.
• Maintain consistent customer management with assigned work.
