Carolina Handling is seeking an Applications Engineer to support intralogistics solutions, working with Sales and Operations to coordinate technical activities across departments and vendor partners. You will develop and present system proposals, assist with site surveys, and help translate customer requirements into actionable specifications.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD preferred.
• Proficient in basic pricing and bill of materials preparation for quoting purposes.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales representatives with system specification analysis and gather requirements.
• Support site surveys, quotes, and bills of materials.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and vendor partners on technical needs.
• Conduct demos and training to support sales efforts.
• Review designs, prepare facility layouts, and gather vendor pricing for proposals.
• Maintain knowledge of warehouse systems and installation procedures.
