Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Solutions Estimator to join our team. You will prepare accurate cost estimates for large-scale RFPs, greenfield projects, and complex scopes, bridging entry-level estimators with senior staff.

A collaborative approach and technical proficiency are essential to drive profitable outcomes. You'll work with cross-functional teams, analyze requirements, source vendor pricing, and support proposals that reflect Convergint's value proposition.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in estimating, project management, or system design.
• Experience with large-scale RFPs and programmatic projects.
• Ability to read construction documents and analyze scopes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for medium to large-scale RFPs and complex scopes.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, procurement, and project management teams.
• Analyze project requirements and determine costs, risks, and feasibility.
• Source pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
• Identify scope gaps and value engineering opportunities.
• Present professional proposals to customers.
