What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Engineers, setting clear goals and driving performance.
• Partner with external organizations to design and deliver API‑based integrations.
• Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Commercial teams to align on scalable solutions.
• Influence product direction by sharing insights from partner needs and technical challenges.
• Ensure efficient project execution and maintain strong client relationships.

What You Bring

• Experience building and leading high‑performing technical or solutions engineering teams.
• Strong background in REST API integrations and microservice architectures.
• Deep understanding of RESTful design, OAuth2, OpenAPI, and related frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver complex integration projects.
• Bonus: experience in fintech, payments, or working with large enterprise partners.
