Alchemy powers the most innovative companies in crypto. As a Software Engineer focused on Solutions, you’ll work with strategy customers to design scalable systems and optimize performance on our blockchain infrastructure.

You’ll bridge product and engineering, acting as a technical partner behind Web3’s infrastructure. Expect ownership of architecture, collaboration across teams, and shaping customer success metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical roles (Software Engineering, Solutions Eng, or similar).
• Strong foundation in systems design, APIs, and distributed architecture.
• Experience directly with customers in B2B SaaS or infra.

Responsibilities

• Write code to help users unlock the full potential of our stack.
• Design, scale, and optimize customer use of Alchemy’s infrastructure.
• Understand customer goals and onboard, integrate, and ship products on our infrastructure.
• Translate developer needs into product insights and roadmap priorities.
• Be the technical contact for strategic accounts, navigate blockers and plan success metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and BD to improve user experience and feedback loops.
