With responsibilities that include coding, customer interaction, and product collaboration, the ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in technical roles. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, or similar.
• Strong foundation in systems design and distributed architecture.
• Experience working directly with customers in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Comfortable coding in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages.
• Excellent communicator in technical contexts.
• Interest in blockchain and crypto.

Responsibilities

• Write code to unlock the potential of Alchemy’s stack.
• Design and optimize customer use of Alchemy’s infrastructure.
• Understand customer goals and aid in onboarding.
• Translate developer needs into product insights.
• Act as technical contact for strategic accounts.
