Job summary

Riverbed is seeking a highly technical Solutions Engineer (TS/SCI FSP) to support enterprise sales for the DoD in the Washington DC metro area (Northern Virginia). You will serve as the technical SME during the sales cycle, delivering presentations, demos, and PoCs, while collaborating with the Major Account Executives to guide complex evaluations toward a technical close and a business win.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD/IC agencies in a pre-sales capacity.
• Strong technical knowledge in observability and AIOps.
• Active TS/SCI Fullscope Polygraph clearance.
• Experience conveying value through technical demonstrations and PoCs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales activities, including presentations, demos, and PoCs.
• Collaborate with Sales to drive the account plan.
• Identify additional customer requirements and internal sponsors.
• Create value-based proposals from customer requirements.
