Checkr is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with Sales and Implementation teams, designing and delivering world‑class demos and architectures that address real-world hiring challenges. You will speak with executives and operators, tailoring your messaging to each audience while guiding prospects through discovery, solution design, and proof‑of‑value execution.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Solutions Engineering or related SaaS roles.
• Experience with the full technical sales cycle—discovery, solution design, and proof-of-value execution.
• Strong discovery and value-based selling skills, with the ability to craft a compelling demo narrative.
• Comfort with RESTful APIs (or willingness to learn).
• Track record of collaboration across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical sale — partner with Sales to navigate complex deals from discovery to contract.
• Earn trust with executives and operators, tailoring messages to each audience.
• Design and deliver product demos, POCs/pilots, architectures, and proposals.
• Educate prospects on safe hiring practices and position Checkr as an industry leader.
• Distill customer feedback into actionable insights for R&D roadmaps.
• Identify market trends and collaborate on case studies and events with Marketing.
