Job summary

Checkr is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our team and partner with Sales to design and deliver solutions that showcase Checkr's value in safe and fair hiring. You will craft compelling demos, POCs, and architectures while engaging with executives and line managers across buyers.

You will translate customer needs into actionable technical solutions, collaborate with Product and Marketing, and influence product direction through feedback gathered in the field.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in Solutions Engineering, Technical Sales, Customer Success, or related SaaS role.
• Hands-on experience with full technical sales cycle from discovery to proof-of-value.
• Strong discovery and storytelling for demos and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical sale and partner with Sales from discovery to signed contract.
• Build trust with executives and operators across buyer levels.
• Design and deliver world-class product demos, POCs, and architectures.
• Educate prospects on safe hiring practices and Checkr leadership in the space.
• Distill customer feedback to influence R&D roadmap.
