Responsibilities

• Provide customer-focused technical information and guidance.
• Partner with Account Executives in a pre-sales technical function.
• Showcase Cisco solutions and provide customer presentations.
• Perform technical demonstrations and create BoMs.
• Run proof of concept activities.
• Collaborate closely with the Account Manager on account planning activities.
• Educate the customer on Cisco differentiation and create demand.
