Job summary

Automate Medical seeks a senior pre-sales engineer to drive GTM efforts for pharma and biotech. You will engage with customers, clinicians, and regulators to showcase dashboards, models, and integrations, ensuring HIPAA-aligned security and governance.

You will operate in a lean, senior team with direct access to clinical, security, and engineering leads, shaping MLOps and healthcare analytics in a compliant environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior-level go-to-market experience.
• Proven ability to publish and disclose subgroup performance and methodology.
• Comfortable working in a BAA-covered, HIPAA-aware environment; security is integral.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers, clinicians, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Ship the platform surface: dashboards, models, and integrations used by patients, providers, researchers, and pharma.
• Execute a five-stage validation bar: cohort definition, held-out evaluation, subgroup analysis, independent review, continuous monitoring.
• Operate in a HIPAA-aware stack with immutable audit logs for inferences.
• Work directly with clinical, security, and engineering leads in a small, senior team.

What you'll do

• Ship the platform surface — dashboards, models, integrations — that the four audiences of modern healthcare (patients, providers, researchers, pharma) use every day.
• Hold a five-stage validation bar: cohort definition, held-out evaluation, subgroup analysis, independent review, continuous monitoring.
• Operate inside a HIPAA-aware stack: BAA-covered LLM providers, customer-controlled tenancies, immutable audit log on every inference.
• Work in a small, senior team. No layers, no bureaucracy. Direct access to clinical, security, and engineering leads.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of relevant, senior-level experience in go-to-market.
• Strong evidence-led decision-making: you publish what you claim, you disclose subgroup performance, you read the methodology.
• Comfortable working in a BAA-covered, HIPAA-aware environment. Security is part of the build, not bolted on.
• Excellent written and verbal communication. You'll be in front of customers, clinicians, and regulators.
