Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive remote Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments and readiness across customer environments. You will assess identity, security, and governance readiness, guide Copilot rollout, and optimize data protection controls.

The role blends pre‑sales and hands‑on solution engineering with a focus on SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Purview. Remote work is supported for a US-based client base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange Online.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness and deployment.
• Understanding of Microsoft Graph and security/permissions impact.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access controls.
• Experience with Purview and data-risk assessment.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 administration.

Responsibilities

• Assess Microsoft 365 tenants for identity, security, and compliance readiness.
• Lead deployments of Microsoft 365 Copilot, including configuration and rollout support.
• Evaluate and operationalize Microsoft 365 E7 capabilities for customers.
• Identify data-exposure risks in SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Support governance and lifecycle management for Microsoft Agent 365.
• Implement Microsoft Purview controls for data security and compliance.
• Monitor and manage Copilot credit consumption and cost trends.

For our client, we are seeking a Solutions Engineer - M365 Copilot & Agents to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This remote opportunity is focused on helping customers assess, deploy, and operationalize advanced Microsoft 365 solutions that improve productivity, security, and governance. The role blends technical pre-sales and hands-on solution engineering, with a strong emphasis on identity, compliance, and data protection readiness. You will partner closely with customer stakeholders to guide Copilot deployment, evaluate agent capabilities, and ensure Microsoft 365 environments are prepared for secure adoption. Location: Remote Compensation: $150,000 – $207,000 annually
