Job summary

NCR Atleos seeks a solutions-focused IT professional to translate customer IT services requirements into concrete solutions and contracts, driving customer loyalty and healthy margins.

You will create designs used by development teams to build and deploy, lead DevOps automation, and collaborate with sales to grow revenue while protecting delivery integrity. Role requires travel to client sites up to 30% across the United States.

Qualifications

• Install and administer Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and related services.
• Troubleshoot Windows services, event logs, IIS and application servers.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell scripting and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer IT services requirements into solutions and contracts that secure loyalty and margins.
• Create solution designs to guide development and deployment.
• Manage technical resources to build and deploy customer financial industry solutions.
• Lead SME engagement for cost modelling, development and presales support.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with established change control procedures.
• Travel up to 30% to client sites in the US.
