This role focuses on onboarding and technical integration, including managing exchanges and liquidity provider connections. Candidates should have 3+ years in client onboarding, possess strong communication skills, and experience with trading systems. This opportunity offers a compensation range of $150K - $190K with a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client onboarding or implementation within capital markets or financial technology.
• Strong client-facing communication skills to lead stakeholders through implementation.
• Experience with institutional trading systems, market connectivity, or financial infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for clients and trading counterparties.
• Lead technical integrations involving APIs and platform configuration.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful implementations.
