You will design and document integration plans, run demos and POCs, and collaborate with regional sales and product teams to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years in pre-sales, tech sales, system integrations or similar roles.
• Experience in a technical role in Telecommunications/CPaaS space.
• Engineering background with passion for IT and technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate technical solutions and expertise to customers.
• Conduct demos, POCs, and solution integration enablement sessions.
• Collaborate with regional teams and Product Development on assigned projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction during implementation.
