Job summary

Infobip, a global CPaaS leader, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge Infobip with customer deployment teams and to design and deliver technical solutions. You will collaborate with regional teams, manage project tasks, and support product development and solutions architects.

You will learn Infobip’s products and processes, engage in demos and POCs, and help ensure successful deployments, with a strong emphasis on timely, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of strong, related experience in pre-sales, tech sales, system integrations, or similar roles.
• Experience in a technical role in the Telecommunications industry / CPaaS space.
• Proactive and creative approach to attend to clients' needs and to present products with confidence.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to clients, partners, and colleagues.
• Project management experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a mediator between Infobip and customer deployers/development technical teams, providing accurate technical solutions and expertise.
• Collaborate with regional teams and serve as a project manager or assist the more experienced project leads.
• Conduct demos, proofs of concepts, and solution integration enablement sessions for customers and summarize meetings via documentation.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Deliver detailed and accurate technical documentation and respond to security questionnaires.

Job Description

Our Solutions Engineer is a mediator between Infobip and customer deployers/development technical teams, providing accurate technical solution s and expertise . The role takes part in activities for Infobip's customers , product proposals, deployments, connectivity & integrations, implementations, solution design , and delivery. In order to deliver the desired business results, you will collaborate with the regional teams and serve as a project manager or assist the more experienced project leads.

You'll have the opportunity to learn about Infobip's products and solutions as well as our company's business processes. With your project management experience , you successfully perform project-related tasks and consult with Product Development teams, Solutions E ngineers, our Solution Architect, and Solution Managers on assigned projects.

You know you are doing a good job when you:

• Have a strong knowledge of all technical aspects of Infobip's products and solutions.
• Understand the customers' businesses, knowing exactly which of our products can help them evolve their business.
• Integrate Infobip products into our clients' systems (custom-scripted API, SFTP, and other solutions over CPaaS and SaaS services).
• Can identify new and innovative use cases for Infobip's products and solutions.
• Have an excellent understanding of the business and are up to date with the latest industry trends as well as the competition.
• Can build a solid relationship with our sales and technical teams so they consider you an asset and enjoy working with you.
• Conduct demos, Proof of Concepts ( POCs ) , and solution integration enablement sessions for customers and s ummari ze meetings via documentation.
• Maintain the highest degree of customer satisfaction during project implementation .
• Collect the technical requirements and design technical solutions and service integration plans.
• Deliver detailed and accurate technical documentation.
• Handle technical and security questionnaires.
• Ensure that all the projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

More about you & your qualifications :

• Minimum 3 to 5 y ea rs of strong, related exp erience that has developed your expertise in pre-sales, tech sales, system integrations, or similar roles .
• Experience in a technical role in the T elecom munications industry / CPaaS space .
• Prefer red knowledge in virtualization, machine learning, RCS, and m obile identity solutions .
• Excellent communication skills ( both written and verbal ) to clients, partners, and colleagues.
• You have the ability to challenge the status quo.
• You have an Engineering background and passion for IT and technology.
• Proactive and creative approach to attend to clients' needs (even if sometimes they're not aware of those needs) .
• Able to present products and ideas with ease, confidence, and persistence .
• Project management experience is a must .
• Thrive s in a fast-paced and dynamic environment .

Additional Information

Salary Range : $100,000 - $120,000 USD annual base salary (the salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience, education, and skillset). This role is also eligible for quarterly discretionary bonus.
