Job summary

Infobip, a global CPaaS leader, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge Infobip with customer deployment teams and to design and deliver technical solutions. You will collaborate with regional teams, manage project tasks, and support product development and solutions architects.

You will learn Infobip’s products and processes, engage in demos and POCs, and help ensure successful deployments, with a strong emphasis on timely, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of strong, related experience in pre-sales, tech sales, system integrations, or similar roles.
• Experience in a technical role in the Telecommunications industry / CPaaS space.
• Proactive and creative approach to attend to clients' needs and to present products with confidence.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to clients, partners, and colleagues.
• Project management experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a mediator between Infobip and customer deployers/development technical teams, providing accurate technical solutions and expertise.
• Collaborate with regional teams and serve as a project manager or assist the more experienced project leads.
• Conduct demos, proofs of concepts, and solution integration enablement sessions for customers and summarize meetings via documentation.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Deliver detailed and accurate technical documentation and respond to security questionnaires.
