Job summary

Compliancy Group is expanding its Solutions Engineering team to drive migrations between legacy platforms and our go-forward software. You will be the technical voice for prospects and customers, delivering deep-dive demos, building sandboxes, and guiding buyers through migration choices across platforms.

You’ll translate complex capabilities into clear business value, partner with Customer Success, and shape product roadmaps with Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Solutions Engineer or similar pre-sales role.
• Credible demos of complex products; discuss configuration and implementation details.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for customers evaluating or migrating across platforms.
• Own technical discovery, deep-dive demos, and sandboxes for prospects and customers.
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth migration and rapid realization of value.
• Support configuration and deliver minor technical changes for successful implementation.
• Develop and maintain technical docs, migration guides, and talk tracks for pre- and post-sales.
