Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent graduate work.
• Strong Python programming and building practical tools or data-driven apps.
• Familiar with Large Language Models, Generative AI, and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, search, and caching.
• Interest in agentic development patterns and workflows using models and tools.
• Familiar with APIs and connecting models to data or business systems.
• Ability to evaluate tech approaches against business outcomes.
• Strong communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with back-office teams to map workflows and opportunities.
• Assess whether to use process cleanup, automation, AI workflows, or agent-based solutions.
• Design, prototype, test, deploy, iterate on practical solutions.
• Document workflows and implementation details for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Operate independently on technical investigations and progress updates.
