Job summary

CADRE HOLDINGS, INC. is seeking an AI Specialist to lead the insertion and deployment of AI into the Cadre Operating Model. You will train employees, translate business challenges into AI solutions, and drive scalable, ethical AI initiatives across the organization.

You will design, prototype, and deploy ML and generative AI models using Python, Azure AI, OpenAI, and enterprise data platforms, partnering with IT and business teams to improve processes, data governance, and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, data science, engineering, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of AI/ML, data science, or analytics experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Translate complex challenges into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
