Job summary

LendAPI LLC. is seeking a Solutions Engineer in Irvine, California, to act as the technical bridge between the platform and customers. This role involves engaging with customers, developing solutions, and supporting API integration efforts. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science, 3-8 years of relevant experience particularly in fintech, and proficiency in technologies such as Django, FastAPI, and Python. A commitment to high ownership and effective communication is essential in this rapidly growing team.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in solutions engineering or backend/API engineering, preferably in fintech.
• Strong experience in designing and debugging production APIs.
• Hands-on coding experience, preferably in Python.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers during integration and launch.
• Develop and present technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
• Provide guidance on API integration strategies and data mapping.
• Design and build custom scripts for data migration and integration.
• Troubleshoot issues across systems and services.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for platform improvements.
