Job summary

Fonoa is hiring a Founding Solutions Engineer to collaborate with global enterprises, leading technical engagements and designing high-value solutions tailored to client needs. You will work with our sales team to ensure successful delivery and customer outcomes across our API-enabled tax platform.

You will spearhead discovery, articulate value, and drive cross-functional engagements that shape product roadmap while enabling customers to deploy rapidly in a hybrid, fast-growth startup

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate Fonoa's value proposition, vision and strategy to customers.
• Create and deliver product and technical presentations to new and existing customers.
• Qualify sales opportunities through technical discovery based on needs and problems with customers.
• Be an expert in Fonoa’s API capabilities, advocate for improvements and influence the product roadmap with internal product teams to solve business challenges.
• Drive technical discussions with customers, answering questions and providing guidance on technical features and integration.
• Own technical scoping, gap analysis and technical implementation plans.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the organisation.
• Support customers on technical issues where necessary.

As a Founding Solutions Engineer at Fonoa, you will collaborate with leading global enterprises and work cross-functionally to identify and solve complex customer challenges. You will lead technical engagements, leveraging your discovery expertise to design and implement high-value solutions tailored to our clients' needs. In partnership with our sales team, you will ensure the delivery of impactful and effective solutions, driving success for both our customers and Fonoa.
