Job summary

Aaru in New York City is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge our simulation platform with customers. You will lead pre-sale technical discovery, translating complex problems into concrete simulation designs and preparing walkthroughs and POC evaluations for senior stakeholders.

After engagement begins, you will work alongside the deployment team to ensure the solution is implemented and delivers the intended value. This role requires in-person work and a genuine interest in AI.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in solutions engineering or related roles with client ownership.
• Technically fluent and able to describe system architectures.
• Comfort with ambiguity and delivering structured workstreams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with prospective clients and define objectives.
• Translate problems into well-specified simulation designs.
• Prepare demos and proofs of concept for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with sales as the technical point of contact.
• Support transition from sale to delivery with deployment team.
• Provide client feedback to product and engineering.
• Explain complex data findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
