Coframe Inc. in San Francisco seeks a Solutions Engineer to partner with prospective and existing customers, understanding goals, environments, and integration requirements.

You will lead technical discovery, design solutions, run tailored product demonstrations, and help customers understand how Coframe can improve performance across their digital experiences. This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of sales, product, engineering, and customer success.

Qualifications

• Experience in solutions engineering or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Ability to understand complex customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience designing solutions and delivering proofs of concept.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with customers.
• Understand goals, environments, data flows, and integration needs.
• Design solutions to demonstrate Coframe's value.
• Run tailored product demos for stakeholders.
• Build proofs of concept to validate value in real environments.
• Answer technical questions during sales and evaluation processes.
• Collaborate with sales to communicate differentiation and impact.
• Guide customers through evaluations, onboarding, and implementation.
• Troubleshoot integration and product issues during engagements.
• Translate feedback into product requirements and roadmap input.
