Job summary

Coframe is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our customer-facing services team in San Francisco. You will ensure seamless live integrations, optimize data pipelines, and act as the technical bridge between client goals and Coframe engineering.

You will work across GA4, Segment, Amplitude, and Heap to guide measurement setup, while also handling frontend performance and conversion optimization tasks. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and scalable client impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a technical client-facing role such as implementation engineering or solutions engineering post-sale.
• Strong frontend capabilities in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with ability to build a test variant from scratch.
• Experience with GA4, Segment, Amplitude, Heap and understanding data movement from browser events to dashboards.
• Able to diagnose and fix frontend performance issues including LCP optimization and anti-flicker strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple client workstreams while maintaining quality and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding across client sites from kickoff to go-live.
• Own analytics integrations and advise on metric selection and measurement setup.
• Diagnose and debug integration issues and ensure performance across devices and stacks.
• Translate client goals to technical requirements and coordinate with Coframe engineers.
• Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts and keep multiple workstreams on track.
