Job summary

AwardSpring is seeking a Solutions Engineer to be the technical voice on calls with colleges, universities, and foundations across the US and Canada, showing how our multi-tenant SaaS platform can support scholarship awarding, reviews, and reporting.

You will own technical discovery, demos, API and SSO integrations, IT/security questions, and RFP responses, partnering with Sales, Onboarding, and Product to scope work accurately.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in a customer-facing SaaS role.
• You can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• You own technical discovery, demos, and security discussions.

Responsibilities

• Spend most of your week with prospects and customers, discussing technical solutions.
• Own integrations discussions, API/SSO scope, and data questions in RFP responses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, and Product to scope commitments.
• Lead technical wins and ensure feasible deployments for customers.
