Job summary

Black Forest Labs is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive adoption of our multimodal models. You will work with customers from pre-sale to post-implementation, guiding deployments, prompting, evaluation, and finetuning to ensure production-ready integrations.

You will collaborate with Sales, BD, researchers, and engineers on complex projects, and contribute to open-source tasks related to inference and finetuning.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background to help customers architect integrations between our solutions and their existing systems.
• Experience as a Solutions Engineer, Customer Engineer, or related role with pre-sales exposure.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to enhance technical aspects of the sales process.
• Onboard customers on models, guiding prompting, evaluation and finetuning for production use cases.
• Develop demonstrations that communicate product value and impact to diverse stakeholders.
• Support customers through deployment in production with back-end and front-end integration.
• Collaborate with BD, researchers, and engineers on complex projects and contribute to open-source codebases.
