Job summary

Black Forest Labs is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive adoption of our multimodal models. You will work with customers from pre-sale through post-implementation, ensuring solutions meet goals and integrate with back-end and front-end systems.

You will collaborate with sales, research, and engineering teams, delivering hands-on guidance, technical enablement, and production-ready demonstrations to maximize business impact.

Qualifications

• Passion for AI and BFL models.
• Enjoy direct work with customers and tailored support.
• Strong technical background to architect integrations between solutions and existing systems.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers on our models and guide production integration.
• Provide prompting guidance, evaluation and finetuning for production use cases.
• Create technical demos that clearly communicate product value.
• Collaborate with BD, researchers, and other engineers on complex projects.
• Contribute to open-source codebases for inference and finetuning.
