Job summary

Spellbook is the leading AI copilot for transactional lawyers, offering a fully remote role for a Solutions Engineer in the US or Canada. You will partner with Account Executives to deliver technical demos, guide trial setups, and address complex product questions.

Your work ensures a frictionless buying journey from first demo through post-close setup. You will be the technical backbone for the sales team, handling integrations and provisioning while collaborating with internal teams on

Qualifications

2+ years in a solutions engineering or similar customer-facing technical role in SaaS/B2B.
Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences (e.g., lawyers, IT teams).
Familiarity with security and data privacy frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, PIPEDA).
Experience configuring software integrations for trials or onboarding.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives to support prospects through evaluation.
Plan and deliver successful demos and trials based on customer requirements.
Guide setup steps and handle provisioning for trials.
Field product, security, and data privacy questions from prospects and customers.
Prepare demo and trial environments and transfer relevant agreements.
Lead technical demonstrations and proofs of concept addressing business objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally on RFPs and questionnaires.
Create and maintain technical content and documentation for Spellbook users.
