Job summary

Spellbook is seeking a Legal Solutions Architect to serve as our in-house legal expert and product strategist. This role blends transactional law, product design, and sales enablement to help lawyers draft, review, and negotiate contracts more efficiently.

You will collaborate with Sales and Product to translate real-world workflows into product features, train teams, and represent Spellbook at webinars and industry events. A mix of private practice and in-house experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified lawyer with 3–5 years of transactional experience.
• Deep familiarity with contract negotiation, drafting, and review workflows.
• Understanding of Large Language Models within the modern AI landscape.
• A self-starter with strong product instincts and proactive mindset.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, sales teams, and external customers.
• Strong communicator with experience presenting to legal and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Join sales calls, demos, and RFPs as a legal expert; aid AEs with training and strategy.
• Develop playbooks and training materials for in-house legal teams and convert to product training packs and documentation.
• Represent Spellbook in webinars, CLE sessions, and industry events to showcase legal expertise and product leadership.
• Translate real-world transactional workflows into actionable product features and enhancements.
• Participate in feature discovery, development and testing; translate customer insights into clear requirements.
• Support other responsibilities and projects as required.
