NobleAI is seeking a Solutions Engineer to collaborate with Sales, Product, and AI/Research teams in San Francisco or remote locations. You will understand customer needs, demonstrate platform capabilities, and help design demonstrations and integrations that showcase scientific and technological solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in technical consulting, strong communication, and the ability to work across technical and business stakeholders. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of technical consulting, forward deployed engineering, or solutions-focused marketing.
• Proven ability to drive measurable results via consultative/solution selling.
• Strong business acumen: communicate complex concepts, build relationships, tell the big-picture story.
• Experience engaging customers, supporting pre-sales, or excelling in customer success.
• Expertise in computational chemistry and ability to speak NobleAI core domains.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and data science tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders across teams.
• Proficiency in data analytics, visualization, data management, and predictive modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive business value through science-based AI use cases for customers and prospects.
• Present and demonstrate NobleAI VIP Platform capabilities to potential clients.
• Design new use case demonstrations including VIP Platform, custom models and API integrations.
• Prepare SOWs based on customer discovery and data availability.
• Clean and analyze customer data and build predictive models.
• Explain model limitations and translate results into business impact.
• Collaborate with AI/Product/Engineering to turn prototypes into customer solutions.
• Act as technology evangelist for NobleAI solutions with the sales team.
• Travel to customer sites up to 30% of the time.
