Job summary

DataCebo Inc. in the US is seeking a Solutions Engineer to help customers unlock the potential of the Synthetic Data Vault. You will guide deployments, support onboarding, and drive successful integrations across client environments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data engineering or data science, strong communication, and a passion for solving technical challenges. This role offers remote or on-site work and equity options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years in data engineering, data science, or a solutions engineering role.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience with multiple database systems and enterprise architectures.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-changing startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the customer journey, from onboarding through ongoing success.
• Lead customer implementation initiatives using SDV to create solutions for the customer.
• Lead customer engagement during proof-of-concept phases and guide deployment to accelerate adoption.
• Act as liaison between customers and product team, translating needs into actionable improvements.
• Create technical documentation and training materials to maximize product value for customers.

SDV is rapidly gaining traction across various enterprise use cases, including software testing, scenario generation, and many more. We are a team of adventurous former MIT grads with past experience at YouTube, Palantir, Alteryx among others.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. This team member will play a vital role in helping our customers understand the potential of SDV and effectively integrate it into their workflows. This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage startup and be at the forefront of a cutting-edge technology that is poised to disrupt the data industry.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the customer journey, from onboarding through ongoing success.
• Lead customer implementation initiatives, using SDV to create innovative solutions for the customer.
• Lead customer engagement during proof of concept phases, guiding the deployment of our product and identifying and resolving challenges to accelerate adoption.
• Act as a liaison between customers and our product development team, synthesizing observed patterns and requirements into actionable solutions that continually improve our product and establish strong market differentiation.
• Help create technical documentation and training materials that are clear, user-friendly, and effective in enabling customers to maximize the benefits of SDV.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. (Master's degree is a plus.)
• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering/infrastructure or data science, in a solutions engineering role.
• A customer-focused mindset and a passion for solving technical challenges.
• Strong foundational data engineering knowledge supported by hands-on experience.
• Proficiency working with diverse database systems and enterprise architectures.
• Skill at analyzing and synthesizing technical challenges, and enthusiasm for using those insights to suggest innovative solutions.
• Interest in scaling the adoption of new technologies within large organizations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and comfort working in a dynamic and iterative environment with evolving objectives.
